Recently I was playing around with my old Core 2 Duo E8400 & I killed the MB by going a bit overboard tightening the heatsink. The Gigabyre GA-EP45T-UD3P was a great board when I used it as my gaming machine. Having the P45 chipset, w/ DDR3, & dual PCIe slots. So I was trying to find another P45 based board with DDR3 support, but I haven't had much luck. Even on ebay. I had been hoping to setup this system with both of my old HD6870s once I replaced them. I recently got intel dg35ec mobo from ebay. But I see that you already looked there. |

I typically use http://3btech.net/, though availability can be spotty on older products. Currently I only see a P43-based board with DDR3 and a single PCIe slot. |

I did find these two searches on ebay, the 1st is P45, 2nd is LGA775: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sacat=0&_nkw=ga-ep45-ud3p&_sop=15 http://www.ebay.com/sch/Motherboards-/1244/i.html?_nkw=gigabyte+775&rt=nc The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
