How do you manage to keep the temperatures at a reasonable level? @vulcan-superior: I just checked your machine and if you can't pass 1k RAC then there's definitly something wrong. The i7 alone should be fast enough for 6k or more and you could try to crunch on the Gpu also. ID: 1680371 ·

It has been showing it's age of late (2011), one of it's GPUs has been glitching on me. :( Perhaps cycling to the 'Salt Mine' with it has taken it's toll... It's a "Alienware"...
