my results at seti@home were shown as "error while computing". can you suggest some way to avoid this?

Your tasks are failing with error code 0xc0000026B, which in Windows terms means STATUS_DLL_INIT_FAILED_LOGOFF. Which when read in that sense, seems to be a problem with the drivers you use for the Intel device.

Do you know which drivers you use?
If not 10.18.10.3621, try those first. These are old drivers, but sturdy. Here in GPGPU land, the latest drivers don't always mean they're good for use with GPUs doing OpenCL data crunching.

If you want to try newer ones, the other one tested by people here is 15.33.32.64.4061.
