I made something most excellent for breakfast this morning. Taco Hell has now switched to taco-shaped biscuits, which taste even worse than their waffles. Also, I had real bacon, not little bits of stuff that taste like bacon. And, I had cream cheese and chocolate chips. I made something most excellent for breakfast this morning. Been a few months since I had breakfast at Taco Bell. Much prefer Jack's Croissant breakfast sandwiches, or Burger King's CroissantWich. Biscuit sandwiches tend to be too dry and flakey/messy for me. Cream cheese and chocolate chips - sounds like a decadent dessert...... Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

I just have one word to say......'Liverwurst'. (Square Braunschweiger). ";D) Farmer John sells both Braunschweiger and Liver Sausage out here. The Braunschweiger tends to be darker, and I prefer its flavor. But both come in square-ish cylinders. There is another brand that comes in 2-inch diameter chubb with a thick yellow-orange casing that I really like but can't always find. In the wintertime, I order from the Usinger's sausage factory in Milwaukee. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Curious thing, I don't like Liver and Onions or Liver most any way prepared. But I really like Liverwurst and Braunschweiger in a sandwich...... "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Curious thing, I don't like Liver and Onions or Liver most any way prepared. But I really like Liverwurst and Braunschweiger in a sandwich...... Yeah, I'm the same way. My parents loved liver & Onions with bacon over the top, but I can't stand it. But liverwurst and bacon and cheese and peanut butter on toasted bread - right up there with a grilled SPAM sandwich, yessir.. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |
