This is the first time I got V7 AP tasks on this computer. My question, how many tasks do I need to do for the estimated time to completion to reflect something close to actual time?
currently cpu tasks are showing ~733 hours, first 2 completed in a little over 16 hours. GPU shows ~73 hours, and are completing in just over an hour.

I am not looking to make a manual adjustment, only asking how long the it take for the adjustment takes to be made automatically.

You'll need to keep an eye on your application details for your machine. Once "completed tasks" reaches 11, the ETAs will be realistic.

"completed tasks" have the following criteria to actually count as a completed task:

1. less than 10.00% blanking
2. Did not 30/30 exit
3. exited cleanly with a 0x0(0) status

For most people, it tends to take 20-30 APs to get 11 "completed tasks."

Technically, it takes 10 tasks to get realistic ETAs, but I have noticed that the proper ETAs don't start showing-up until the 11th task is validated.

In the meantime, the estimates will gradually reduce on their own as your DCF (Duration Correction Factor) shifts downward on your way to getting those 11 completed tasks, but you'll notice the moment you start getting realistic ETAs, because you'll have one or two in the cache that show 600+ hours and the next ones will show just a few hours instead.

The ETA will continue decreasing as you complete more of the longer-estimate tasks, and will make the newer ones also decrease. Set yourself a short cache until that stabilizes to prevent you from getting 100 APs if you can only realistically process about 60-70 in that 25-day deadline window (I've had that happen before.. a slow machine that takes 47 hours to do one AP got 60+ of them because the ETAs were like.. 15 minutes).
