I have two machines running the Preview. The lenovo W520 runs fine. My extreme tells me that "No tasks Running". Has anyone seen this before?

So what is the problem then? No tasks, or not being able to 'install Seti'?
You do not install Seti, period. You install and run BOINC, add the Seti project to BOINC and it's BOINC that then downloads applications and tasks.

Windows 10 preview has not much to do with it, it's a Windows version, BOINC recognizes that it's 64bit, so as long as there is work to be had applications and work will download to that PC.

According to a couple of posters in the Panic Mode, Server Problems? thread there is now a problem with work being delivered. Which is probably what you have a problem with as well.

And if not, please post the messages from BOINC Event Log (CTRL+SHIFT+E). Around 30 of them should do perfectly.

The problem is that my processor has no work to do. It's not solving any problems.

A check on both your computers shows they have work, and so should be processing it.

As I said, one is processing now as I write. I am one this one so I see nothing. Let us hope that tonight this one does some work.

On the one that isn't processing work, when you open BOINC and look in the lower left hand corner, what do you see displayed there? Connected to localhost or not connected?

It's connected to local host. I see all cases of where the computer is in use under Transfers.

OK, that helps a bit better.
The messages here tell you that you have a preference enabled that's called "Suspend when computer is in use". This will kick in as soon as you hit the keyboard or move the mouse. This will mean that the BOINC on that system only allows the calculations to happen when the computer is not in use but still on and idle.

If you want it to run all the time, you have to disable this preference:
Depending on which preferences you use, you can either go to the global web preferences and change it there, or else it will be in the local Advanced View preferences (Tool->Computing preferences...->processor usage.

Do know that the local preferences override the web-preferences. The local preferences override this one computer only.

There's also another thing, you have CUDA capable GPUs in both machines, but aren't using them. Is this by choice, or by accident? Running work on the GPU runs all the much faster and may be preferable over running it on the CPU or CPU only.

Yes...I would have guessed that.

It's by accident or actually a lack of knowledge. What do I do, run Boink and fix it? Where?

There are two possible locations, first is a global setting:

http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/prefs.php?subset=project
Tick the box for use the Nvidia GPU.
This will set up the first part of the link, so the servers will be prepared to send work to your GPUs.
The next is on the BOINC manager, advanced screen check the settings on various tabs to make sure that there are no local over-rides in place (sorry, I'm away from home just now and can't recall exactly which tabs) - you need to set "run according to preferences", you might want to set "use GPU always". When the servers come out of their current sulk (yes they are sulking) you should then see some tasks being sent with application names like "Seti v7.0 CUDA50", this means that the GPU will be running these tasks.

I will use the GPUs when it is finally running. Right now it is not runny at all, yet my lenovo running the Same version of the os runs fine and gets work.

The lenovo is running from the same router and is running the same 64 bit OS.
They are both member's of the same home group.

Well the Lenovo just went to "no running tasks". Perhaps everytthing is OK and as people say....there's a server problem. :(
