Man again I slept like a rock, that's about 3 times this week sleeping 10 to 12 hours.

You have not to foreget we have more than one kind of yeast, we have meany of them used in many ways. Yeast goes back 3000 years or more, I don't think anyone has a handle on it.

The Egyptians didn't know about yeast but it worked anyway with barley water and bread. The beer must have been very hearty.
