Message 1659686 - Posted: 31 Mar 2015, 6:15:38 UTC - in response to Message 1659660.

I did a search on Mill Valley and found this picture of a house there. Very nice, Scott!

Mill Valley

Great pic; but, I don't know where in Mill Valley that house is... The first time I heard Mill Valley mentioned was in MASH. The character BJ is from there.

I've always wanted to go, just to see what it was like. So, my friend from SF and I ventured out across the Golden Gate Bridge, up 101, and got off at the Mill Valley exit. From there, the road winds around quite a bit, passing other towns, and finally dropping you off into downtown Mill Valley.

It is a great place to visit. :-)

The picture kind of reminds me of one of those Thomas Kinkade paintings... Or somewhere you'd find Hansel & Gretyl.

Good to see you, Annie!

Yes, BJ was from Mill Valley, and that's why I wanted to go there. :-) [...and, it's Hunnicut - (I had to look it up).] ...and, yes, Peg was his wife; and he had a daughter, too.

G'morning everyone, I'm surprised that the outrage has finished before I get out and about for a change.

Sadly the ginger beer brew is producing bubbles so I won't be bottling that today (maybe tomorrow or Friday).

Anyhow, about 2.5hrs to go for Beer O'clock.

Cheers.

Our trouble here is it's too nice and very little rain in the forcast if we get it.

50% chance means little 20% mean none. if it's not over 80% forget it. One thing for sure when Uli gets fog that's for sure, man that's thick!!! I was in it once for 2 days back in Dec. 1992. Pulled off the road and stayed inside.

Denny's and I were close friends for two days.
Cheers everybody
