I am considering changing providers but when using the new provider I get the following message in the event log. It does seem to upload the task results but leaves the task showing "Ready to report" 2/1/2015 10:34:44 AM | SETI@home | update requested by user 2/1/2015 10:34:48 AM | SETI@home | Sending scheduler request: Requested by user. 2/1/2015 10:34:48 AM | SETI@home | Reporting 5 completed tasks 2/1/2015 10:34:48 AM | SETI@home | Requesting new tasks for CPU 2/1/2015 10:35:07 AM | SETI@home | Scheduler request failed: Server returned nothing (no headers, no data) 2/1/2015 10:35:10 AM | | Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site 2/1/2015 10:35:11 AM | | Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down. All goes fine when using old provider. Also can not upload to Malariacontrol.net 2/1/2015 10:41:29 AM | malariacontrol.net | update requested by user 2/1/2015 10:41:32 AM | malariacontrol.net | Sending scheduler request: Requested by user. 2/1/2015 10:41:32 AM | malariacontrol.net | Requesting new tasks for CPU 2/1/2015 10:41:49 AM | malariacontrol.net | Scheduler request failed: Server returned nothing (no headers, no data) 2/1/2015 10:41:52 AM | | Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site 2/1/2015 10:41:53 AM | | Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down. Any help is appreiciated |

Best to check that with Malaria control, they may have a problem with their servers. (and apart from using BOINC as the operating environment Malaria Control has little to do with S@H) Bob Smith Member of Seti PIPPS (Pluto is a Planet Protest Society) Somewhere in the (un)known Universe? |
