I truly would wish that my contributions to the collective thought pool have been an addition and not have taken anything away from same. On the other hand, perhaps I totally overestimate any impact my postings here have had on the human collective. I suppose that a minutia of the population of the world have read anything I have said. And the few of you who may be reading these words as of this moment have little bearing on world events in any case. So, I must resign myself to the fact that I mean nothing at all to nobody at all. And that is my given fate. Knowing what I do, and having experienced what I have. Is all for nought when it comes down to the end. Regardless of my thoughts, I am as insignificant as the breeze. 50 years from now, few if any, are gonna remember my presence here on these boards. Saw an ad yesterday from the local Fleet Farm store with a sale on kitty litter!! Big bargain. $2.99 for a 20lb. sack. That is as cheap as my kitties' brand ever gets. So, I stocked up. Hauled 1,120 lbs. of kitty litter in two trips. 56 sacks of it. Good workout. Ol' Toothless had fun pretending he was a 1/4 ton pickup truck. But he sure rides smooth with a 1/4 ton of kitty litter aboard. Not that I would want to do much in the way of evasive maneuvers with that much extra weight....LOL. Takes the rear bumper down a full 3-1/2 inches. But I put new springs in it last year, so I wasn't worried about it. Kitties are good to go for another year of clean litter boxen.
