Well, yesterday was my 58th birthday. But, today I get the present. The kittyman and his kitties are back to play. I have missed very much being able to share things with you and lend my comments to the voice of Seti here on the forums. Hope I can stick around a while. Best wishes and kitty kisses to all. Well, yesterday was my 58th birthday. Good to see you back, Mark. Was wondering when you'd return from Coventry. I, too, hope you will be sticking around for a while. Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Thanks, Rob, Celt, Donald. 'Twas a good birthday, other than my Packers losing a hard fought battle in the clutch. The kitties and I are doing very well. Hope I can stick around a while this time. Wish I could stay here and chat all day, but work beckons. I have been working 12 hour shifts, and expect I shall be asked to do so again this week. Keeps the bills paid and the kitty kibble flowing. Good you are back Mark, me and Kedily (Kitty) missed you. We both enjoy your posts - although I suspect Kedily may enjoy them as I generally give her a kitty treat as I open up the Forum :) Tom |

Just a bit worried about one of my kitties...Purrball. A couple of day ago I was petting here and noticed a lump at the base of her tail. Parted her fur a bit so I could see it (not easy to do, she gets skittish as heck when I try to look at her hind end), and it has a black head on it. I have been applying Neosporin to it for a couple of days now, hoping it is just an infected pimple or such. If I see no improvement, I am going to have to take her to the vet and hope it is not a tumor of some kind..... Tigger II is seen lapping at the water bowl a bit more often these days as well...a sign of impending kidney problems. The 3 kitty sisters are now getting to be some 13-1/2 years old, and I have to pay more attention to things one might dismiss in a younger cat. Meowhopeful. Hey Mark. Your return coincided with my unexpected holiday, but now I have the opportunity to welcome you back with this clip: Barking cat, caught red-pawed. I too hope you can stick around, and all the best to Purrball. |

Hey Mark. Your return coincided with my unexpected holiday, but now I have the opportunity to welcome you back with this clip: That is a most amusing clip. Cats seldom bark..... Mostly meow incessantly........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ You get the drift. And sometimes my kitties don't even have a clue what they are meowing about....I think it's their food bowl, but it's full. The water bowl as well. I just stand and stare at times and wonder....... Of course, petting always works to quiet them down. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

All kitties are quiet and content this morning. Nothing new to report. And that is a good thing as life goes on. "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |
