It has become an enjoyable January tradition for me to review photos we took last year and then share a few of them with you. As always, the photos come along with snippets of wisdom from various members of the Korpela family.  To start us out Auntie Angela would argue that while all raccoons are cute, some are cuter than others.  Eva advises that you go places that others do not expect you to go.  Herman Von Vermin (from the comfort of Spawnie's basket) says, "If you think breakfast in bed is good, you should try dinner in bed!"  Spawnie suggests that you be a lover, not a fighter.  Eric says, "Give us this day our daily play."  Russell Crow says, "Don't be afraid of your own shadow."  Angela suggests that you always be prepared for a FLASH... of inspiration.  Stinky Lou would like you to know that it is no use trying to blend in with your surroundings.  Eva is sorry to report that while it is natural to want to recapture your youth, most of your attempts will fail.  Oh look. A bowl of tangerines. They say that the key to a happy life is making good choices... Angela thinks that in this particular case, selecting a piece of fruit to nibble on would NOT be a good choice!!!
