I am very concerned that China is moving toward a new kind of dictatorship and personality cult
Be able to endure loneliness, will be very close to success, wealth and career will be away from us, but thought eternal.

IMHO China has been slowly coming out of the Mao era and becoming a responsible member of the world community. Any turn back to the old ways would be bad for the chinese people and the world in general.

Sten you are right, and I will endeavor to do better.

I think that if China does not get its food situation, and other resource
problems fixed in regards to its ever increasing population, it will be
very hard pressed to keep control inside its borders. I believe the
government there will try increasingly harsher measures to try to keep
in command of the country. I expect most of it to come to a head
around the years 2025, to 2030.I desperately hope that I am very wrong
about this, but history, and Malthus warn me otherwise.
May God keep you all!

Just wondering if 赵春晖 will have negative consequences regarding his Post.

Hello Zow . I think you may be right . The west thought that if China embrace capitalism then things would change but i'm afraid that even western history says different .
If it's at all possible you may have to think of leaving China before it gets very bad while you can .
As china gets richer it will flex it's power more and more . Climate change will hurry things alone faster than they may have if we all did not have to worry about it .

Happy new years for tomorrow Zow seeing as i wont be around (partying ) tomorrow night .

Well...

If you date (have to pick a date) Modern Capitalism, from the 1840's:

How long did it take Western Capitalist Country's, after much Worker Violence (necessary) to 'Evolve' to its present state.

Why would China be different?

And they the Capitalists are still, Kicking and screamiing about us workers getting a fair share of the profits. It aint over yet.
