I have just changed the graphics card on one of my systems to a GTX750. How do I get the computer details updated to reflect that it is capable of handling CUDA tasks?

The information is updated each time your host contacts the server.

Looking at details of my systems, the one with the new graphices card lists a last contact time that was 5 minutes ago but still does not show that I have a CUDA GPU.

Your computers are hidden, so we cannot see what the server is reading from your hosts.

But first thing to check, I suppose, is what BOINC is reporting in its first few lines of messages. If it is detecting a CUDA-capable GPU it should be reporting it there. If not, I suggest checking your driver installation.
