Good Day William, good to see you again, I trust you are fit and well. Coffee, food and drinks are up to the usual high standards, and the Koala are behaving themselves just now, but there may be some "interesting behaviour" from them around 25 April..... Good Day William, good to see you again, I trust you are fit and well. Tell me again, what happens around 25 April to cause such behaviors? Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

About two thirds of the university congregated on the central park. It was like we'd regressed a few thousand years and gone back to worshipping the sun. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Breathtaking is perhaps an overstatement. But i suppose "Mildly interesting solar eclipse witnessed by millions" isn't a good headline. As objects of worship go, the sun makes a better choice than most. For starters, it exists... Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Well, partial eclipse is far less interesting than having three minutes of night in the middle of the day, but still fascinating. A person who won't read has no advantage over one who can't read. (Mark Twain) |

Good Morning Rockettes and Rockers; Anzac day is a solemn event. The loss of Australian and New Zealand life due to crappy planning and crappy leadership was and is appalling. My thoughts on April 25, will be of those brave young men sacrificed so callously nearly a century ago. The more things change............... As for today, a scone and a cup of coffee if you please, to get my functions functioning. ":~D .g "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Well, partial eclipse is far less interesting than having three minutes of night in the middle of the day, but still fascinating. Agreed. I was in hungary 1999 on the last full ecllipse. The temps dropped from 41°C to 24°C within 2 minutes. It was really cool. With each crime and every kindness we birth our future. |

Well, partial eclipse is far less interesting than having three minutes of night in the middle of the day, but still fascinating. I was in Tunisia at that time, only saw a partial eclipse there whilst in the Ardens there was a full one... rOZZ Music Pictures |

All things are in the eye of the beholder, or the ear for that matter:))) I think you have the names reversed. Bert: Ernie, there's a banana in your ear. Ernie: What? Bert: I said, there's a banana in your ear. Ernie: What? Bert: I said, there's a banana in your ear!!! Ernie: Sorry, Bert, I can't hear ya, there's a banana in my ear. Hahahahahahahaha. (I always thought it was a stupid joke. He should still be able to hear with the other ear.)
