Not sure if it is just photo-shopped or actual footage of a taxidermed raccoon, but sadly, either way, I think that raccoon may have been living once.

The cartoon of the raccoon on the rocket garbage can posted by Scarecrow, however, was pretty funny.

Here's one :)

Sometimes mama raccoons abandon their kits younger than expected, but we've never seen "naturally" abandoned ones that look as young as those in the picture. The article is probably correct in that somebody "relocated them" (probably from an attic).
