The blob Introduce cool water from somewhere above the pacific floor where cold water is at to that area, all along parts of the pacific coast, the drought could be over. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

Well water is going to be a real issue in a few years AZ, NV and CA and maybe TX will be in deep du du, I'm well aware of that, it's too bad some I've talked to seem to be tone deaf on this, if the 2 wells go dry they'll either drill deeper in hopes of more water(good luck) or simply close the park and per CA state law relocate everyone, at least I think that is how the law works, for Me that would be to a private lot in Adelanto on public water, which is what I would like. Introduce cool water from somewhere above the pacific floor where cold water is at to that area, all along parts of the pacific coast, the drought could be over. This happens off the coast of Chile in the Pacific Ocean there, the upwelling of cold ocean water, only naturally. I think you'd need a few oil type rigs that could be made to do this, no drilling for oil of course. The nutrient-rich upwelled water stimulates the growth and reproduction of primary producers such as phytoplankton. Due to the biomass of phytoplankton and presence of cool water in these regions, upwelling zones can be identified by cool sea surface temperatures (SST) and high concentrations of chlorophyll-a. 37°F/3°C, partly cloudy. Brr. If I were Canadian, I'd have to sew myself back into long-johns. |
