Good morning all, it's a nice 42F/6C out, predicted high of 55F/13C, it's partly cloudy w/a 20% chance of rain today, escalating to 50% by tonight, Wednesday will be at least 50% chance of rain, pretty much like the last one, so close those watertight doors(if you have them) and make sure yer sump pumps are working SF, or you might just get that sinking sensation, though I hope not and I hope for the best...

1.5" per hour of rain...

DO NOT DO THIS!!
Got a loved one driving home tonight?
Do NOT text them to see how they're doing.
They need both hands on the wheel!
EVERY Bay Area Bridge is now getting hit by 1.5" of rain per hour.
It's a mess. Drive safely, and check traffic delays here:

Well the rain has finally stopped. Not long after getting home, typical :)

The rain finally got here, when I don't know, but as usual it's light, the total so far is: 0.06in/1.5mm The low temp was 43F/6C, predicted high of 58F/14C, the weather report says 50% chance of rain, mother nature upgraded that to 100% chance of rain, still no prediction for snow locally, though there is snow and some sleet(snow+ice) falling in the Sierras and in the Big Bear Lake area.

After yesterday's heat wave we had some small storms roll through here late last night and early this morning leaving 7.5mm and taking our total for this month to 139.5mm. The temps for the rest of the week should be back down to the mid to high 20C's.

Cheers.

Practically constant rain, with added wind and a darkness saying it's staying.
