It could easily be compressed into a single 3 hr movie without loss of meaningful content. But that is true of most serial movies. IMDB is counting each episode as one hour. SyFy aired 2 episodes per night, hence that's it. |

It will be a real bummer if they don't do some follow up episodes. Too many unresolved issues if this was it. Bob DeWoody My motto: Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow as it may not be required. This no longer applies in light of current events. |

That's the whole point of pilot episodes, to get you to purchase the production of more episodes. On the whole, it was interesting but I was really bummed to find out at the end of the first night that they weren't in space. After that it was just a play in psychology. The only interesting thing was them trying to breed someone with psychic powers. But that was few and far between. I watched just to see where it would go but I won't follow it again or any follow up episodes (unless they develop the plot about alien planet) But I don't think that is the focus of the show. First real attempt at new show from SyFy since BSG. Now a days they are more about low budget cheesy films or fake ghost stories. Don't watch it like it used to when it was a real channel. |

My biggest question. Where did the 1st officer end up when the little girl zapped him and the guy from the outside? Bob DeWoody My motto: Never do today what you can put off until tomorrow as it may not be required. This no longer applies in light of current events. |

My biggest question. Where did the 1st officer end up when the little girl zapped him and the guy from the outside? On a life supporting planet, but we don't know which galaxy. They've set it up really well for the continuation. Is the rest of the ship teleported or zapped through a wormhole as well? Why didn't Stokes wind up next to Gault there on the planet? Seriously. |
