It could easily be compressed into a single 3 hr movie without loss of meaningful content. But that is true of most serial movies.

Maybe the next three episodes won't leave us so much in the dark.

There are no more episodes.

According to IMDB there are three more episodes in the can.

IMDB is counting each episode as one hour.

SyFy aired 2 episodes per night, hence that's it.

It will be a real bummer if they don't do some follow up episodes. Too many unresolved issues if this was it.

That's the whole point of pilot episodes, to get you to purchase the production of more episodes.

On the whole, it was interesting but I was really bummed to find out at the end of the first night that they weren't in space.

After that it was just a play in psychology. The only interesting thing was them trying to breed someone with psychic powers.

But that was few and far between.

I watched just to see where it would go but I won't follow it again or any follow up episodes (unless they develop the plot about alien planet)

But I don't think that is the focus of the show.

First real attempt at new show from SyFy since BSG.

Now a days they are more about low budget cheesy films or fake ghost stories. Don't watch it like it used to when it was a real channel.

My biggest question. Where did the 1st officer end up when the little girl zapped him and the guy from the outside?

On a life supporting planet, but we don't know which galaxy. They've set it up really well for the continuation. Is the rest of the ship teleported or zapped through a wormhole as well? Why didn't Stokes wind up next to Gault there on the planet? Seriously.

I think so, too.
