I`m still enjoying it Wiggo.
Just wondering why it is so dark.
It came with malt included in the kit but i`m almost certain i need to use more water with malt.
OTOH its called european Lager tho.

Now that comes from the Coopers International line Mike and is darker than the lager from the Original line that I use. ;-)

I'm just enjoying an early beer before getting into more work, enjoying 1's self over the weekend does has its pitfalls I guess.

I was watching tv and this Sushi chef was preparing that poisonous fish. I did not know that the chef was also taking his life in his own hands. If he accidently cuts his hand or finger the poison from the fish could kill him. Then before the customer eats the fish. They have to sign a waiver to not hold the restraint responsible in case of death.

I think I'll pass on that one.

Had the jalapeno double off the McD's valu menu this afternoon, and it hit the spot, but might be just as toxic. :-O

Yes Zappy today was nice for a change, quiet and with my beer and TV, I didn't move out of the chair. You know those chairs that you sit in and it put it's arms around you and puts you into a power nap? :))
