I get to try one in 2 weeks myself, I never thought I would get this far. :))

It will be a wild party with me, myself and I. My GF will be gone for that week back to S.F., I can't drive that far for now. So her grand daughter will be driving her home there.:(
Cheers everybody

With running a 4 core CPU it runs a bit warm and I think it needs a better cooling system on it.

Rain is moving in here too shortly and beer O'clock will start shortly also. :)

If you're using the stock AMD HSF on it Grant, then yes I'd recommend a better cooling solution as stock HSF's don't work very well at all under heavy loads.

Even though it's still overcast here nothing is showing on the radars ATM so I'm doing that factory restore on that PC now (it's going much faster than the laptop I did yesterday so far).

Cheers.

Yes Wiggo it is a AMD CPU but right now I don't know what quite to get that would work or should I say best to put in. I have an ACER computer and in the summer time that fan works it's butt off to keep it cool but this time of year works okay. Crunching with all cores things get pretty warm.

Maybe a beer cooler would work. LOL
Cheers everybody

Good Morning everybody from next to the Rockies. A Hoppy Wingdi's Birthday for Julie, and Thank You God for another beautiful day.

Who opens beer for Edward? Scissor hands can be SO inconvenient..........and imagine how careful one must be going to the bathroom.......

Good luck with the fan delivery and installation Grant. Can't have you uncool and missing.

G'morning everyone and happy B'day Wingdi.

Another 10.5mm was dropped here yesterday (I was expecting it to be more) which takes the month's total here to 150mm (6") and there's still 12 days to go yet. :-O

Friday Beer O'clock in 3hrs.

Now I'd better finish this coffee and get back to work.

Cheers.

Got a tie and a coat back from the dry cleaners today. Yikes! $26. Crazy. I wear nice button down shirts to work that look good without dry cleaning, but one of my silk ties needed something special.
