Running Seti@home using BOINC manger V7.4.27 (86) on computer running Windows Vista 32 bit. BOINC Manager Tasks click on "Your Account" and then under Computing and Credit, Cross-Project Statistics, click on "BOINC Statistics for the World!". This should bring up those statistics however I get the error: "Fatal error: Call to undefined function: str_split() in /home/setisy/public_html/stats/boinc-individual.php(1) : regexp code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : regexp code on line 1". This started about the same time as upgrading to the present version of BOINC Manager and the pause of SETI@home projects. Thank you.

It is a problem with the BOINC Synergy site and Internet Explorer. It is not a problem with BOINC or Seti.

Any other browser (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Pale Moon) will go there without problem.

BOINC Synergy is not in any way affiliated with BOINC or Seti, it's a third party statistics site.

If that is true I guess I am dead in the water. I have Explorer and I will not change. Bionic won't download for me so I guess I am done.

The thread you're posting in is about an error on a third party website. It has nothing to do with whether or not your BOINC will download work from Seti, or not.

If no work downloads from Seti, check:
- If you didn't set Seti to No New Tasks. Open BOINC Manager->Advanced view->Projects tab->Select Seti@Home from the list of projects. On the left is a command menu, there should be a button visible stating "No new tasks". If this shows "Allow new tasks" click it. This button shows the option one has, not the state that it is in.

- Check what messages you get. Press CTRL+SHIFT+E to open the Event Log.
When now navigating in BOINC Manager to Advanced view->Projects tab, selecting Seti@Home and clicking Update, what is the response about this in the Event Log? Can you otherwise copy a couple of those lines to here? (Not all available messages please, that's too much. Select only the messages about the contact, then use the "Copy Selected" button, instead of "Copy All".)
