No WU's and BoincLogX

Are these 2 problems related??? I can show you how to do it, but first you'll need a server running php and MySQL. So in order to save up both a little time, do you meet the prerequisites for a signature like mine? One of my clients got a new WU about 2 hours ago but this machine (my fastest one) is still saying no WUs available. guess the SETI serves are struggling to process data to work units!
