My profile pic is me, as The Ray-Ban Warrior.
Pic was taken some 11 or 12 years ago at least. That night me and some friends decided to do some drinking. Outside. In the winter time. All we had was Budweiser, but we did have quite a lot of the stuff. I was being funny, and had chosen what I deemed an appropriate vessel for the Bud in the form of a very, very small mug. Also sunglasses at night. Funny. Drinking outside had to be canceled as the beer kept freezing since we hit -42 that night.

Your profile pic reminds me of the beer walks we do here in the winter. There are parts of town where there is bar after bar after bar, and some people like to hit each one in one night. :~)

We call that 'Faire la tournée des Grands Ducs'. The expression originates from the late 1800's where Russian Dukes would visit Paris and do exactly as you said.
