The software is available... as we know, the FBI tracks and records every byte transmitted on the internet and the CIA records and stores all phone calls, cellular and landline and runs real-time analysis to determine threat level. Unfortunately, they have LARGE Buildings, filled with Hardware. Seti@Home is done out of a closet :) Was, now it is in a data center with a Gigabyte connection to the internet.
