We have had reports, and I have managed to replicate this as well, that when you set a backup project at zero resource share and you have never downloaded work from it yet, that BOINC 7.4.27 will not download work from it, no matter how empty your queue is. But even though I've sent in three separate logs about this to the developers, not much has been returned about it. So it's probably a figment of my imagination and that of the three other people so far who reported it. :) With the latest BOINC version this simply does not work!
