I wish for the world to learn tolerance, and the ability to know how to say, "excuse me", "please", "thank you", "you are welcome", but most importantly "I'm sorry."

Some unscheduled days with 'Ol Pookers.

I take it he'll be suitably restrained so he can't nip to the office while the bird is in the oven? :)

Yes. Unlike in previous years, I shall not make that mistake again!!!

My recollection is that last year, you graciously allowed him to pop over to the lab to kick a frozen server, for which we were ALL extremely thankful. And that's something that won't be necessary again, thanks to the co-lo.

Last year we were in Wisconsin for Thanksgiving. It was the year before that I let him zip into work while I basted the turkey and prepared for our guests. Never again!!!

I stand corrected. (Well, sit, anyway.) Still, it won't be necessary again, since there is now a paid staff to kick frozen servers.

Whether he logs into those servers from home is another matter, and presumably one about which you have quite a bit to say. Or very little to say, but quite a bit of vehemence with which to say it.

Again, I wish for some peace of mind. (do wishes come true when you speak them out loud?)

I'll get back to ya's next month. ;-)

Again, I wish for some peace of mind.

I could use some of that too. My best friend's wife has cancer for the fourth time. She just got her hair back to a decent length and now she starts chemo again on Friday.

Mine would be more materialistic:
I wish I could win the Lottery (Powerball or the State Lottery - or both) so I could get all my bills paid AND my car restored back to "factory-new" condition.

Me too, but since I don't see that as a possibility, I'm devoting My extra income to doing repairs for the next two years and not just on the car either...
