Got my computer back today and have noticed that my WU's are running in different slots is this normal. Here are the slots from before it went in and today.

When a task is running and then going into waiting, normally because another task preempts it by running in High Priority, a new slot folder is made for the newly started task. The older folder is left intact to keep track of where that previously running task was at in processing.
If your machine was off for a few days it may take a little while for it to catch up & go back to only using slow folders 0 to 9 (or however many tasks your systems runs at once).
