I am wondering if we have another peering problem. 2) Have you installed any new network equipment recently? Have any settings needed to be changed on your router? Has your ISP changed anything on their end (no, I am not expecting you to be able to find the answer to this one)? In any of these cases, there may be a setting preventing you from uploading work while downloading work would work just fine. The most likely two problems here are black hole detection and maximum packet size (MPU) settings. BOINC WIKI ID: 1593259 ·

I still can download new tasks, but once they are finished running. They just seat there.
