Hi Folks,
Just got a load of lost tasks sent to me, are these tasks S@H thinks it sent to me but got lost in transit or tasks it sent out in general but got no acknowledgement of?

They are tasks that were assign to your system but somehow didn't make it to you. This could be because of lost of connection at either end.

They are tasks that were assign to your system but somehow didn't make it to you. This could be because of lost of connection at either end.

Since there is no response from the client back to the server to verify that it had received the response from the server, the server does not know about a lost connection at exactly the wrong moment. So, the server receives a request for work from a client, assigns work to the client, and posts the response packet - which falls into the bit bucket if the connection has dropped for any reason in the mean time...
