The shooter in Ottawa didn't have his passport revoked. He wasn't on any RCMP watch list.

New Reporting shows The Shooter was VERY UPSET about having His Passport application/Issuance, taking too much time.

He wanted To Get Out of Canada and to The Middle East, PRONTO. For Whatever Reasons.

So Yeah, He Was PISSED. And if He Lived, and Did Not Get a Passport, He would of been MORE PISSED, and Maybe a Better Shot and More Logistical.

I Did Not say He had a Passport or Had One Revoked, but The Story Running Now in Canada, IS ABOUT The Passport Situation with Him. May He Rest In Peace.

And My Passport Post still Stands. As, WHY The Hell, Keep 'em Here. LET THEM GO GO GO AWAY. FAR FAR AWAY, where Death is Dejour.

Got 'IT'?

GOoD.

I don't know why I bother to argue with you idiots, but here goes.

His passport application was under investigation because of his criminal background. WE feel a duty to our neighbours to keep these people at home, where we can watch them. This same background make it illegal for him to possess any weapons.

If you Yanks don't mind, we could change a few laws, hire a few buses, and clean up our street of petty criminals and nutbars.

Yeah, We Know This Info. Sure, Keep The Wackos Home and Be All United States Like. Smart.

He wasn't on any RCMP watch list.

Yeah, You Watched Him Fine and Dandy. Luckily, He Was Inept. Nothing The Peaceful and Caring Canada did To Stop Him.

Oh Wait, Hero Man Stopped Him. Luckily. An Ex-Copper with A Dreaded Firearm, Canadians Hate So Much.

At The Time of The Murdering, what were The Armed 'Cops' Doing? Chatting and Donuts. Certainly not On 'Increased Awareness'.

Am Deeply Impressed tho, of Ottawa's Only 4 Murders until Then, as a City of A Million.

The Metro Area Here of Over A Million has 10 to 20 times the Murders by now. I Don't keep track anymore of Boring Stats like dat.

So, GOOD WORK!

The Point of Post, Again: Send Them Overseas, Get Rid of Them. Let The Mid East Deal With Him. And Like Others said: No Leteee Backeee In to Your Peaceful and Caring Country To KILL KILL KILL with The Firearm You Watched Him Get. heeeheeeheee

To all Australians Gallipoli is known as the battle that made Australia what it is today .And is EXTREMELY important to our culture

When they finally got the order to retreat they where able to get everyone out without the loss off 1 life in fack the Turks didn't even know they where gone till the last rifle fired the last bullet and by then we where already on the ships .

Rest in piece Digger's we shall not forget

Sorry Clyde Churchill was not the man whom ordered Galliopli

this is what he planed .

Later that month, Winston Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, proposed a naval attack on the Dardanelles, based in part on erroneous reports of Ottoman troop strength. Churchill wanted to use a large number of obsolete battleships, which could not operate against the German High Seas Fleet, in a Dardanelles operation, with a small occupation force provided by the army.

This is what happened.
On January 2, 1915 the Russian commander sent a telegram to London, where he asked for a diversion to make it difficult for the Ottoman offensive against Russia in the Caucasus. The British War Minister Kitchener suggested Navy Secretary Churchill to an offensive operation would be launched against the Dardanelles. From Gallipoli Peninsula the Ottomans had control over the entrance to the Black Sea with the help of artillery. The strait was also mined.

AE2's daring passage through the Dardanelles on 25 April 1915 is a success story of the Gallipoli Campaign.

Yes Jan one of the success i spose you could call it that .
You have to remember in 1915 the total population of Australia was was only 4.9 mil so to loss so many in just 1 battle (aka it did go on for 9 months) was very costly for us and the N.Z .

The break down of who died and were injured

Australia: 18.500 wounded and missing - 7,594 killed.
New Zealand : 5,150 wounded and missing - 2,431 killed.
British Empire (excl. Anzac) : 198,000 wounded and missing - 22,000 killed.
France : 23,000 wounded and missing - 27,000 killed.
Ottoman Empire (Turkey) : 109,042 wounded and missing - 57,084 killed.
Furthermore 1.700 Indians died in Gallipoli, plus an unknown number of Germans, Newfoundlanders and Senegalese

The Newfoundland Regiment lost 30 men to enemy action and 10 men to disease at Gallipoli, out of a total strength of 1,076. They were one of the first units in, and one of the last units out.

I must say sorry to the Canadian users i was wondering ,Canada but there's no mention of Canada , as such it's the Newfoundland regiment , a Canandaian regiment !

Now i understand why it's been mentioned in this thread Galipoli is also a Canadian remeberence day.

More men died at Galipoli on both sides than died at Hiroshima .

Newfoundland was a direct British colony until 1949. There were no Canadian troops in the Gallipoli campaign.
