Travis Ishikawa homered (369 ft.) to deep right, Joaquín Árias and Brandon Belt scored...
Walk-off homer wins Giants NL pennant!

Next stop, the World Series!

I'm pretty much just interested in the peanuts and Cracker Jacks...

I was originally hoping for an east coast (Baltimore) vs. west coast (Giants) world series. Then I thought an all Missouri world series would be cool. Now I am hoping that the Royals will be able to win the series as it has been so long since their last appearance.

But the Giants have been almost perfect as an away team in the post season so I feel they will most likely win the first game.

Especially with who's pitching for them tonight!

Edit: Wow, what a way to start the World Series!

I only watch baseball at this time of the year as it is all just practice until the end of September. But I have to say the post season games this year have been exceptional. I think the play by the Royals and the Giants is the best. I just wish they would go back to just announcing the game and stop micro analyzing every decision the players and managers make.

Still no puck, but did you see the guy with
the Toronto Hockey Sweater on right back of
third base?
