ROFLMAO!

How about we just run a tube from the slop tray to you just so that no one trips over you while you're laying on the floor Annie? (we can just sit you off to the side then) ;-)

That reminds me, I should have another potential home brewer here tomorrow to watch me put a brew down and ask questions on the process and then back next weekend to watch the bottling process.

Cheers.

*remove tube* :)))) *spray self with slops* What a good idea! Health and safety in the brewroom. Alternative would be painting me with big yellow hazard chevrons...

*replace tube* *continue reading thread* *remove tube whilst clutching it tightly*

Oh... erm... painting me, Julie and Zapped with yellow chevrons :)))) *replace tube* *thinks - jobs market is SO competitive...*

My wife tried to make goulash soup.
AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH

Oh :/ My commiserations to you and the lash Mike
Erm... Have you managed to persuade her to never do so again? I persuaded myself that several years ago... *supress shudder at revisiting memory* :)))

@Grant :(((( so sorry you're feeling poorly :(

@Zappy :(((( hope the lemsips are working. My cold went to my ears and now won't go away :( it's making me dimwitted I think... or it's making me realise I'm dimwitted :)

@Chris - y-e-e-e-s :))))))) I've been known to be a bit... experimental with jump leads too :) amongst other things...

I had a big Oh no moment-or-fifteen during the outrage. Something happened... *pause to recall panic attack*... it could've been my fault.

All my tasks were ready to report with no one to report to and then ... A'lacabam I did some stuff and they all disappeared... *beam reassuringly at everyone* not the good disappeared either. But all fixed now :)

G'day Julie, Mike & Zapped.

Well I've finally finished all my domestic duties for the day (including tomorrow's vacuuming) so what am I going to do now for the next 90mins?

Cheers.

I've never heard of Lemsip, but I wish you a speedy recovery from whatever ails you.

Nothing like good cold ice water here. :~)

Personally I'd go for the old naval rum remedy instead of the Lemsip myself Zapped. ;-)

In fact I think that it's time for the changeover from Beer O'clock to Rum O'clock (and decide what I'm going to have for dinner). :-D

Cheers.

Lemsip is the number one cold and flu brand in the UK* and it's range of effective cold and flu remedies have been tried and trusted by generations. Lemsip's most popular product is the medicinal, lemon flavoured, hot drink that first hit medicine cabinets in the late 1960's.

Now that I think about it, it does sound vaguely familiar, but I've never seen it in my neck of the woods. ;~}
