OK - Update:

Lost 2 more lbs. this past week. :-)

Total Weight Lost: 43 lbs.

Current Weight: 249

Goal Weight: 140

The next few days of eating will be off Plan; as I cannot eat solid food with my tooth the way it is. I have bought an assortment of canned soups, (no pasta in any of them), to tide me over until I can get the tooth fixed.

I think I'm going to get tired of soup really fast, though... :-(

Yogurt, smoothies, jello, applesauce and the like also work well, as they are cool while the warmth of soup might not be desired for best healing. Ask the dentist.

Nothing to report...
Still 160 lbs, give or take a few one way or the other.
5'9"...and lean as a bean.

Wish I could send some of my God given constitution to some of you.

I cannot quite understand your struggles, but I applaud you for trying.

My weight went up to 416 lbs, I don't know if that is the cause of My leg weakness and pain in the area around My left knee joint, above and below the knee, asking the Doctor if a treadmill would help and Him saying yes would get one, though it's a moot point right now, since even though I have the physical space, I have nowhere to power the treadmill at, the living room circuit is full, I tried to get an estimate on doing electrical repairs and adding a few circuits w/outlets and I got nowhere, as soon as I mentioned My income, I didn't hear from Him again like He said He would(no email or reply to My email), I'll give Him a week, maybe He's busy. He said He needed a picture of My load center(where breakers go, used to be called a 'breaker box'), I don't know how to send a pic over the phone, I'm used to real PCs and email. This was for an Estimate only, as Amazon said.

Ok I have something to report, something good, I lost something, no not My mind, I lost 9 lbs, I'm down to 410 lbs!

That lower calorie bread is helping, that and real turkey slices(only 1 per sandwich), though it's harder on My budget, like about $10.06 more a month, if that's what I must do, then so be it, sigh.

I had a crazy week, first off to the hospital for collywobbles,
'no heart attack.' It has been raining for days, yay! So all in all
I was so worried about my health that I cut way down in the food
intake, I know LSM also baked me a cheery pie, but I still lost
eight pounds. I finally settled on being 220 pounds. Not bad for
all the palaver that went on this last week.
