Do the best you can do. Loosing weight is hard.

It's too early to tell for sure, but I did lose some weight, 8 lbs since I last reported in :).

So I'm down to 414 lbs, gasp!!

My notes do help Me, a lot, so does switching to 60 calorie a slice bread, I think, give Me another month and I might know for sure, I record My weight there.

And that bread is not the cheap stuff($0.99ea), not at $3.59 a loaf...

Someone call the cops, some weight was stolen... ;)

Thanks TL, I just started on some 70 cal a slice turkey, real turkey, yum, no more turkey bologna here(50 a slice, times two), Foster Farms 2lb package that I bought on the 1st.

Just one slice a sandwich, I save 30 calories just like that.

Thanks Angela, just to do this I'm looking at spending $25.13 just on low calorie bread in May, if it really helps I'm ok with that, but in the meantime I think it's helping.

(I just fixed him a plate of pre-dinner bunny food - carrot sticks and some red pepper slices.

I'm not the one who needs convincing of that!!! I had a banana with my breakfast yogurt, a salad for lunch, a fresh fruit cup for afternoon snack and we're having vegetarian pizza for dinner. Ol' Pookers is the one who thinks that gummy bears constitute a fruit course and that potato chips are a vegetable.
