Tuesday morning weigh-in. 13 April 2015 - 240 lbs. Drat. Still don't have the right balance between yard/garage work and computer chair. Didn't help that the local Sons of Italy in America lodge held their semi-annual Spagetti Dinner yesteday. Yes, they allow seconds, and yes, I did. Hi Friends! I am back from Washington D.C. where I enjoyed participating in a special program where a relative of mine is enrolled in medical school. I hit peak cherry blossom season while in D.C.!!! It was beautiful!!! I walked quite a bit every day, but I also ate heartily... probably a little too heartily. Tomorrow, back to dieting... Ugh. |

OK, we had some hot days, (BBQ) then we had some hotter days (Dairy Queen) I had an MRI today and came in at 224 pounds.... I'll do better next week! |
