I woke up at 3am with pain around my right scapula,

Ang check out the shingles vaccine.....

(Just saying, that's how it starts sometimes...)

Sounds more like soreness from pulling weeds. When I first started working in my yard again, I had soreness in both shoulders, my lower back, and my knees and calves. Hot baths and Aleve eased the pain until my muscles got used to that kind of exercise again.

Big meal for tomorrow. Ham, yams, peas, LSM's baking, all the fixings!
Last big meal until Canada Day!

Goals: Eat, eat, eat and eat like crazy, and enjoy.
222 pounds, weigh in this morning.

Message 1662019 - Posted: 6 Apr 2015, 17:15:11 UTC - in response to Message 1659348.

Tuesday morning weigh-in.
1 week after lay-off and a 3-day weekend
230. No loss, no gain.

Almost a month since I last weighed in and posted. Been in semi-vacation mode, sleeping in and not eating as regularly as when I'm working. Guess I need to get back on a regular schedule, and spend more time on yardwork...
Monday 16 March - 236 lbs.

Mon 30 March - 239 lbs, but I screwed up and ate breakfast before I remembered to step on the scale. Still, under 240, so I haven't lost too much ground. And the back yard and garage await......

Monday 06 April - 237 lbs. More yardwork, and maybe a little housecleaning...

Pudgy Little Raccoon Weigh-In: 170.0

The last two days I did not exercise and I was busy, busy, busy with baking, a very nice surprise visit from a relative and lots of family events. Good thing I was a mostly good little raccoon before the weekend started. At least the scale seemed to be heading in the right direction with this morning's weigh-in.

My goals for today are to do my back exercises, do some aerobic exercise and try and keep my total calories under 1500, despite a special dinner scheduled for this evening.

I did my back exercises. I took two 10 minute walks and one 20 minute walk. Calorie count was higher than ideal (1752 total).

My goal for tomorrow is to hit 3/3 standing goals.

Great job Ang, but what does the scale say. Is it paying off?

Of course it is not working, Ulibelle, because I am not curtailing my food intake sufficiently.

I will be parted from my computer, my scale and my husband for about a week. The raccoons I'm not worried about. I just hope Ol' Pookers remembers to feed the cats!!!

Bye friends!

The evidence is in, Easter dinner forced
me back up to 226 pounds as of this morning.
Now the battle to shrink my gut back to
where it was before Easter begins. Hints,
tricks, and advice are all free, but seldom
appreciated so I'll deal them out only by request....

(No matter how good it tastes, it is sour
if you regret it later...)

Somehow I think the cats will make sure Eric feeds them......
