Ancient Submariner weigh-in.
o-dark-30 Monday 01 Dec 230 lbs.
Down 3 from last weigh-in.
Down at least 10 since 14 October.
Making progress.

0515 Monday 15 December - 229
Not much progress in 2 weeks, but I'm on the last hole in my belt, and about ready to punch a new one. But, 10 days to Christmas........

Late post - Monday 29 Dec weigh-in: 231. Guess that's okay, considering the changes in my eating habits with the long days we've been working. More progress once things settle down again....

No weigh in for me until I put a new battery in the scales.... I went to weigh in just before Christmas, the scales made a visual groan, and the battery died. I guess they were worried they might upset me, but hey, I' know I've lost the best part of 10kg since May 2014...

I did a painful thing tonight, by accident I kicked My scale with My left foot, if I'd had My shoes on this would not have mattered, I have My socks on and they aren't much protection, the pain has largely subsided now, nothing is broke as I can bend My toes now that the pain is gone...

Vic, you should try that with no toenails.
I lost mine years ago.

I kicked a jar of spaghetti sauce a couple days ago. With my little toe. Not in constant pain anymore, but still sensitive to even a slight bump.

Legs I think like to be jerks, even if the rest of the body doesn't, that's usually how I do something that I don't intend to do, I swear My leg just gets a mind of it's own sometimes... Which made Me not want to do hardly anything for the last few days, My ankles were stiff mostly all day today, some pills and naps helped, Grace liked that, but then I have a 16lb lap cat.

Hello friends. My scale and I have been parted for a few weeks. We probably should have stayed in closer touch. I stepped on that darn thing this morning and was pretty appalled at what it told me. In my defense though, my mother-in-law's homemade waffles and butter cookies are not to be missed.

While I merely kicked the scale by accident.

Sounds like David has some empty plastic containers stacked on His scale, sounds understandable, Grace sometimes lays on My scale...

Vic is essentially correct. The grocery store had containers for half price, so I bought some. When I got home, I had no place to put them, so I dropped the bag on the scale.

Hello all :)

This morning's reunion with the scale puts me at 196.5. I'm having trouble finding the time to work out consistently these days so I'm assuming the holiday break 'cost' me about two pounds. Not too bad considering all the drinking. I'm way under my target for physical activity right now. So much so that my last visit to the gym resulted in DOMS even though I only did half duration/intensity. At least there is some snow to shovel from time to time to keep me somewhat active. From a weight loss perpective thats not really a problem as, in my opinion, weight loss is 80% (or more) a nutrition thing. However I do want to be reasonably 'in shape' when spring comes along so I can resume running outside when the weather allows it. Time for a New Year Restart of the workouts then. I know what I have to do. Just gotta fit it in the schedule.

May your efforts be fruitful in 2015 everyone :).
