Gentlemen/ladies -- Much as I enjoyed the first Pun War, perhaps that approach won't work when trying to include Chris, Julie, et al. A suggestion: Split puns into two threads -- Regular puns, and Pun War types. With the former, folks can add their wit, as their schedules permit, and catapult their puns, en mass -- each in a camp -- in their own wars. What sayest, thee? |

Gentlemen/ladies -- Much as I enjoyed the first Pun War, perhaps that This thread that Julie took over is where anyone can post a pun at any time. Except when a pun war is happening. Then one must follow the topic. Back in the old days, No topic was off topic during the week. Yes, They generally followed a theme. But not always. The best random post I ever made was a pun about Lief Ericson. I cant even remember the exact pun, But I think it went, If Lief Ericson made boats. Would that be considerd a Liefboat? And it took off from there. It lasted a week. So post puns. You never know when one might hit the big time and take on a life of its own. [/quote] Old James |

Is gilt edged toilet paper Super-dooper pooper scooper? Is striking a happy medium phisically assaulting a slightly inebriated psychically receptive person? Happy Crunching, Graham |
