I have two Windows user accounts on Win 8.1 and I wish to only run BOINC on one of the accounts. Currently it starts on each account when signing into the account. Is there a way to set this preference? I have not found anything in my searches.

I suspect there was an option when I installed and I may have missed this step. If so, is there any way to change it once it is set?

Thanks for the help!

On the account that you do not want to run BOINC on: Open BOINC Manager -> Tools -> Options -> Uncheck Run Manager at login? -> OK.

When you (update-)install BOINC, third screen in the installer, click Advanced, then uncheck Allow all users on this computer to control BOINC.
