... or, because there are graduate and under-graduate students running the project; and this being a national-holiday weekend, they have gone home to get their laundry done.

I just wish they would pass on a tidbit of info about what's going on. I know that there are problems and they are working on solutions but a tiny progress report would be great!!

Don't count on it. They didn't even tell us in beta that the project went "live" until two days after the event. You would kind of think a little courtesy would be in order to the folks who have spent countless months testing your software, but they didn't seem to think so.

I don't think it's going to change, so you'd better get used to it.
