G'morning everyone, I hope that you have all been enjoying the start of your weekends.

Well I've finally got my brewroom cleaned up again this morning and shortly I'll flavour up some of that 17L of 40% spirit that was produced here yesterday.

Anyhow Sunday Beer O'clock here commences in 2hrs and with a bit of luck I may even enjoy a few down at the bottom pub.

Cheers.

That's good to hear Zapped.

Well I just added another 10L of rum to my stocks so I should be right on that front for some time to come. :-)

50mins to go.

Cheers.

In this part of the world spirits are sold in the volumes of .375 l, .750 l and 1.75 l, what volume measurement do you people use? The reason I ask is that none of those divide evenly into 10.

200ml, 350ml, 700ml (standard bottle size), 750ml (old standard but rarely used now), 1L, 1.25L & 2L and I have a good stock of the last size bottles here. ;-)

Cheers.
