Watch out! Too early.
It can start fermenting again in your stomach.
Cows sometimes eat grass with yeasts in it.
There bellies swells up like ballons and they get very sick unless treated.

Cheers.

Our stomach is pH 1, doubt any yeast can live for long in that.

You are probably right.
Cows have 4 stomaches and maybe not acid at all.

The rumen, or first stomach (technically they have one stomach with four compartments but let's not get picky) which contains the masses of bacteria that break down cellulose and other hard to digest bits of grass is around neutral pH. Later stomachs are acidic though.

Here's an interesting website. Tell it what you're listening to and it recommends a drink.

Thought I needed a pick-me-up-off-the-floor but it was just the SETI threads I needed :) *grab hold of bar to avoid prevailing gale winds*

Cheers everyone! :)

Seems Simonator was right! Bit disappointed to be honest - was looking forward to something new to pay homage to...

OK here we go...

Hmmm nice, smooth and malty.
I dont think Victoria Bitter has anything to worry about though! If only it came in one litre cans.

When a friend was visiting they brought some one litre cans of beer with them. I may have got a bit giddy at the sight of them :) Cheers :)

G'morning all,

I was almost in trouble for forgetting about someone last night, thankfully I got away with it as I was in the good books. :-)

Beer O'clock in around 3hrs.

Sorry Monday, but I don't regard either Bacardi or Bundy as true rums, give me a Frigate OP any day at a pub or club, otherwise I'll stick to what I produce. ;-)

As for what to drink to a certain song is easy, BEER! :-D

Cheers.

I wouldn't exactly say it's rockin' in my world, more like chillin'. Boards of Canada, which according to that groovy website, involves the following concoction:

“The Boards of Canada”
•10 oz. Gin
•10 oz. Elderflower cordial
•8 oz. Elderflower cordial

Combine in highball glass and serve. Stir vigorously. Garnish with sugar.

I'm glad I never got attached to those gadgets. Still using a "dumb" phone, myself.

Yes, I only have a dumb phone myself and that only works when I decide to turn it on (which doesn't happen very often).

Anyhow, I'm just going to finish this rum'n'coke and then it's off to bed for an early night so I can get that job done in my brewroom that should've been done this morning.

Enjoy your drinks.

Cheers.
