If I ever think about doing my own beer there's a place nearby that has the supplies...

Cheers :)

Oooh, jealous!

I have a Chemist nearby which devotes about a third of the shop to homebrew stuff.

Ironically it's run by a family of muslim Pakistanis.

Once upon a time in our country strong beer (above 4% ABV) called Export Beer was only sold in phármacies. And you had to have a prescription from your doctor:(

My first (and last) experience to make my own beer ended with a explosion. Messy thing.
But it was very funny in the beginning.
Checking the fermatation.
Bacterias who are eating sugar and as a result produces alcohol.
I takes time to get that skill to make good beer.

Cheers

I'm sorry to hear that Janneseti :/ have you considered trying again... you know, after increasing your insurance cover?

For heavens sake no:)
It's so much easier to go to the store.
One half hour healthy walk all together.
And I know a real brewer who I ordered from yesterday. 10 bottles!
I have to call him up and tell him about this large order:)

The insurance cover costs probably more than the possible profit.

In Sweden we have 181 beers varieties from Belgium
Not Zundert however.

Serve in Trappist glass, Tulip

I have seen many americans drink beer from the bottle:(
