Right now I am showing this on one machine twice.

What needs to be done to fix this?

in the workunit details you 're getting the following message

***UNHANDLED EXCEPTION****
Reason: Access Violation (0xc0000005) at address 0x7C59C10C write attempt to address 0x00000034

1: 12/25/04 23:14:05

both your client errors are similar.
your 2 pendings were both short ones, one ending almost immediately, the other half way thru.

So far you haven't processed a workunit all the way thru to the end on this particular machine.

You have other similar machines running OK.

Best guess would be your machine is sick.

have you tried reinstalling BOINC and/or reattaching SETI?

regards
Z

I reinstalled BOINC before I posted becouse it shout down on its own and I could not restart.I just set that one up yesterday and didn't have enough memory so I had to shout it down a few times trying diffrent ram.
This machine if very funny when it comes to ram so I restarted about 10 times till I got atleast 96 meg to be reconized.
I hope it is going to keep running BOINC if not it goes back to classic then it will be parted out. ASUS P2B-S running at 133 fsb for a 733 to work I may take it back to 100 and slap in a 650 if it gives me anymore problems.

Thanks,Scott

Have a look at http://www.memtest86.com/

An "el-cheapo" 128MB strip of SDRAM shouldn't be much more than $20

Well I bumped it up to running at 500 and changed out the memory so I'll give that a try.
If I could get to the box easier I would take a better look inside for blown CAPS or somthing.

As far as RAM goes I have about a 2" stack to try I just may have a bad one.

Thanks for the help,Scott
