I don't know what's consuming the bandwidth, but those 30 and 31 tapes are being split! Also looks like the new AP tapes are at 0 errors thus far. Perhaps they found the issue. SETI@home classic workunits: 93,865 CPU time: 863,447 hours Join the [url=http://tinyurl.com/8y46zvu]BP6/VP6 User Group[ |

The boards are slow. The Universe is not only stranger than you imagine, it's stranger than you can imagine. SETI@home classic workunits 1,405 CPU time 57,318 hours |

The boards seem fine to me, but I'm getting a lot of "Scheduler request failed: HTTP internal server error" on requests and database queries are extremely slow. [edit] And when my rigs have made contact with the servers all I get is "Project has no tasks available". :-( Cheers. |

Also looks like the new AP tapes are at 0 errors thus far. Perhaps they found the issue. It's showing 1 at the moment, and it appears there are issues- server status graphs have flat lined, so there may be more errors. Seti web pages are slow; forums are slow, slow, slow. Grant Darwin NT |

OK, now I'm getting a lot of timeouts. :-( It looks like I'll have to enable my GPU backup projects before I go to bed if things don't improve. Cheers. |

OK, now I'm getting a lot of timeouts. :-( My log is full of "Couldn't connect to server" messages, i've got a few dozen to be reported & climbing. Couple that with a power failure for an hour earlier in the week, and apparently there are now problems with the supply of gas to our power station & there will be rolling & continued power outages, getting longer each time, till the gas supplied is restored, I can see my RAC taking yet a further dive. Oh joy. Grant Darwin NT |

Well I don't know whether I've just been lucky or not, but both my rigs are finally connecting and getting work sent. Cheers. |

My log is full of "Couldn't connect to server" messages, i've got a few dozen to be reported & climbing. Just had another look at things- about 30min ago I was able to report (took over 1min, usually only a few seconds). Got no work though- took another 20min to get some work, but most requests result in none, or 1 or 2 WUs. Grant Darwin NT |

Judging by the state of the cricket graphs and the SSP, the scheduling server was rebooted about an hour ago (kudos to whoever was working after midnight), and has now reloaded all its working tables into cache RAM (or whatever it is that causes it to run slowly for a while after a restart). Seems to be fully up to speed now - which of course means that we're draining the feeder quite often, as people recharge caches. |

Forums aren't as slow as they were, and the server status graphs are no longer flat lining. Maybe the server untangled itself? EDIT- or as Richard suggested, someone was up way to late & gave things a kick. Grant Darwin NT |
