How to solve this problem?

"The system can not find the file specified":
Most probably your Antivirus thinks (wrongly) the file is 'bad' and deletes (quarantines) it.
Check the log/quarantine of Antivirus

I solved the problem.

Updating the AMD Graphics Driver and then it was OK.

Message 1557250 - Posted: 15 Aug 2014, 10:14:18 UTC - in response to Message 1557242.

These tasks which were reported '14 Aug 2014, 19:13:11 UTC' say:
"The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process."
http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/results.php?hostid=7187686&offset=0&show_names=0&state=6&appid=

(you have good tasks of the same kind before and after (maybe - still not validated) that time)

Yes,

My PC started updating the operating system and shot down and restarted the PC.

For some reason the .exe file was missing

Started download of setiathome_7.03_windows_intelx86__opencl_ati5_sah.exe

All the tasks for Seti V7.03 was started before the download was finished and the file ready to use.
and got the message "can not access the file".
I do not find how to restart the tasks.
