Well after a morning of catching up on all my domestic duties after a week of bad weather and a lot of PC work, I've decided that Beer O'clock today can start 30mins early.

Keith Thomas working at BrewLab Sunderland once wrote about how carbon dioxide can ruin good beer.
Carbon dioxide forms during fermentation and if the brewer then leans over the fermenter, he can get a carbon shock, faint and fall in and drown in the fermenting beer.
And that means the beer is ruined!
