OOPS, well I remembered he was named after a Planet.
OK, since I have a soft spot for rescues and Tinkerbell will need a companion sooner or later, I hope later, I make this commitment.
By the end of this week my spare/storage room should be painted and fit for a get acquainted room. I think Latte the Grouch would be the biggest obsticle.
SO, if he still doesn't have a home after that, I will give him one.
Then we will just have work out how to get him to Stockton.
I can hear the Cookietaster already.............I told you NO!

OH crap, Ang just ask them to slap an adopted sign on his cage and see if they are willing to get him to Stockton.

Please let me know what Rescue, so I can make a donation come Tax time.

Ulibelle, you have a heart the size of Jupiter... the planet that is, not the cat.

Awwwwwwww :) I wholeheartedly agree :)

Me too:)

Yes. It looks like almost a bird from the tropic.
Never seen it here.

My first guess is it might be a kingfisher, But it looks to have too much Blue, and the beak looks curved, not long and straight:

That was my first thought.
But a King Fisher has an orange breast, not blue

I once found a Kingfisher outside my yard with a broken wing. A neighbor who happened to have a contact to the Audoban Society contacted them for a rescue. They are not native to my area.
That little guy, the size of a Hummingbird, matched my outfit that day perfectly.

I also had the pleasure to meet the Butterfly Embasedor(?). Angela is my witness.
Pluto will always be a planet to me.

Yes. Ulibelle, Rob and I were in the tropical rainforest Geo-dome at the California Academy of Sciences. We were on the tree canopy level and this gorgeous butterfly fluttered by, circled Uli and then landed on the back of her gracefully outstretched fingers. It was a magical moment.

I wonder why I didn't see this. I saw an empty parking lot.

Thanks for posting!
