On cats....big cats.

This is not news. Headline stuff since it happened.
Jimmy Fallon went on about it at length.

Anybody else as angry as I am?
He paid 50 grand to kill an eloquent wild animal, and by dubious means.

I hope we ship him back to Zimbabwe to face the anger of the land he raped.
Might he suffer as much as Cecil the lion did.

The (expletive self deleted) should be tried and taken off to prison.
In Zimbabwe, where I am sure they would give him the utmost respect in his incarceration.

This sort of hunting makes me insanely angry. F'ing trophy hunting.
Now, we have a lot of hunting here in the state of Wisconsin. But it's mostly deer, who are generally in overabundant supply in a limited territory. And some bear, who are doing very well as the species goes.

Not a f'ing African lion, who's numbers are diminishing and live in a humanly caused diminishing habitat. Or a Rhino, or other 'special' species for which this arsewipe seems to wish to hasten their demise entirely.

It seems you do in fact have a lion in Wisconsin.

I hope that it is eventually shot not with a bullet or an arrow, but with a dart that makes it sleepy so it can be safely removed from the area.

I do agree that this kind of hunting is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING if you want to hunt a lion then go and get a guide and go out into the African bush and have the STONES to face the DANGER like a real man if not then STAY HOME and spend your money on something else. Do not get me wrong I am a hunter but I go out into woods and look for my target I DO NOT have somebody else find it for me and set it up so all I have to do is show up and shoot THAT KIND OF HUNT IS TOTAL GARBAGE DO IT FOR REAL OR DO NOT DO IT.

So far, I have not read that kitty has been captured or removed from the area.
They have set out bait to lure it, so that it can be tranqued and safely removed from the urban area.

Not sure how I feel today. The Manager of my HOA, found a homeless Kittiy. She is willing to keep it. I am the backup.
Tesssie and Tinker are not happy about Homeless, but so be it. Also not sure how Cookie and Midnight would feel about a little rug rat.

The sad part is, that not a single board member acknowledged(?) that.

Anyway a kitty will be have a home.

A cat has bred a weak lynx kid at the zoo in Novosibirsk Russia.
The lynx mother abandoned the kid, but the zoo staff rescued it. They gave the little lynx to a cat who have recently given her own kids. The cat took care of lynx cub together with the kittens.

Another lame Geico commercial. Youtube says it was posted four months ago, but I saw it for the first time this morning.

An update on Homeless. He must have some other homes, as his face is no longer swollen. The pups are finally all up to date on their shots, so we can go for walks. Hopefully I can locate his number one home, so I don't have to worry about him during the rainy months.
